The normal size of adult testicles is about the size of a small egg. The testicles change in size, and appearance as the male ages. There should be no concern about size unless there is enlargement, harding, or pain. The testicals are part of the male reproductive system and the size does not have any affect on reproduction.

There really is no average size. It has been stated that it is between six to seven inches. I wouldn't worry about it. Women don't really care about this type of thing.
