Do the same with low side but back out one and a half. Adjust with low side till it cranks. Once its starts, hold saw wide open and turn high side Counter clockwise till the saw alternates between a high and low vibrato.

These are actually two screws, which set the air and the fuel intake. You will have to set it to the right place otherwise take it any local workshop and get it fixed.

A mini machined carburetor. They are usually found on older vehicles, and are pretty outdated for todays market. If your looking to get one redone you can check local machine shops. But it is a very rare part, so coming across one will be somewhat of a gold mine. Good luck.

A mini mac carburetor adjustment means you are tightening the screws about 1 and 1/4 to 1 and 1/2 to get the optimal power out of the carburetor. The engine needs to be warm before you do this or it will not work properly and it could stall the motor out after you start it.
