It is a type of person that uses their actions to get something from somebody. They are selfish and uses other to get something they want for themselves.

A manipulative person is that one who manipulates the words spoken by a person to his advantage. He never bothers what damage it could cause to the other person. But for his petty advantage, he manipulates the given situation by way of his manipulative techniques and he is a master in that.
