It is usually thought of as a win win situation. It consist of two problems being negotiated. It typcially consist an agreement terms that better integrates the focus and aims of the total involvement negotiating sides through working together for solving issues. Relationship often is the most relevant with more intense issues being negotiated.

Integrative negotiation is a negotiation of two or more issues which usually involves an agreement process that integrates the goals and aims better for all of the parties involved through creativity and collaboration of parties in solving problems. This negotiation is often called "Win-Win" since all of the parties involved would benefit from the negotiation.
