Healthy weight for any individual is determined by a ratio of your height to weight. To be within average range a girl between 5'4 and 5'6 would need to weigh between 110 and 159 pounds. She would be underweight at 109 and overweight at 160.

It depends on your height. If you are shorter than 5'7, 100-155 is considered healthy. If taller, up to 195 is OK. Check your BMI to be sure.

It all depends on your age, height, and level of physical activity. For a female who is five foot six inches tall and not physically active, 125 pounds is a healthy weight. If you exercise regularly, a few more pounds (around 135-140) is healthy because of additional muscle mass. Focus on body fat and stay around 15 to 20 percent.

A woman or girl's "ideal" weight depends on a lot of different factors, such as her height, body frame, and age. For example, 160 pounds may be an unhealthy weight for a petite woman, but may be perfectly fine for a muscular, mid-sized woman. If you have concerns about your weight, you should discuss them with a trained medical professional.

A healthy weight depends on the hight of the person; if you look at a BMI chart, you can see what your ideal or healthy weight is supposed to be.
