It depends on your personal preferences and what you want your tattoo to look like. The only person who can say what a great word design for a tattoo that is going on your body is you. Talk to tattoo artists about possibilities and look online for ideas, then make a decision based on what you like best.

Depends on the word and what it means to you. I used a "comical" font in the form of a peace sign with purple and black for a Grateful Dead term - WALSTIB, what a long strange trip its been. If you have a friend who has excellent handwriting, I have seen that used as well.

Words hmmm... if you are someone who appreciates life- faith, hope, love, life but they are pretty common. If you want to dedicate it to someone you love, you should opt for getting their name done.

You can search the internet for sayings and quotes. Find something that fits you & your beliefs. Another idea is to choose something from your heritage or background, even a quote in a different language is unique.
