It is advisable to keep the infected cat interior until he/she recovers completely. Providing vitamin supplements might do the needful but be sure not to give over-dosage. Bandage the infections to prevent him/her from licking. If there are bleeding wounds or swelling paws, consult your vet without any delay.

Some treatments are to keep your cat inside, give them vitamins A, D and E once every four days and to use adhesive tape over the wound.

Consult your veterinarian he prescribe oral antibiotics for an infection or an injury to your cat's paw. Most paw injuries will heal well without much treatment. Biopsy of an affected area is a good idea. It have deep bacterial infections then it need good treatment.

I would really ask your vet. But as far as something topical goes I would try tea tree oil, it is a good antiseptic for wounds and is natural.
