There aren't ready answer. What you husband likes? Favorite TV show melody, movie sound track there are just world open. Searching from internet tones, you have lot of select, some like South Park related stuff, some hated it. Also religious stuff could found.

Well not knowing what he like it is hard to say. Ringtones are usually very personal and not everyone likes the same things. I would recommend using a song he really likes and using that as a ring tone. Just makes sure it is not something that he would get tired of quickly.
