Try an antihistamine like Benadryl or Contact Allergy tabs. If these don't work, you can get a doctor's prescription for corticosteroids such as Flonase.

I would recommend taking zyrtecs or claritin. I would also get tested to see what you are actually allergic to because you can get allergy shots which would get rid of your allergies for longer periods of time than a daily pill.

I like claritin. It's really good for soothing nasal allergies. They should be gone within a day and everything will be clear.

I use Zyrtec for my nasal allergy issues. It works quickly and I'm allergy free for a whole day. Others you can try are Claritin or Nasalcrom, which you actually have to squirt up your nose. However neither of these have worked as well for me as Zyrtec has.

There are a lot of different good allergy medicines for nasal allergies. I've found that Zyrtec works really well for me and my family, some of these don't work well for others though. I would suggest making a trip to your local physician to see if he has any advice for you.

Use Zyrtec. Despite what commercials say it only causes drowsiness in very few people. Claritin does not work even though it is guarantees not to cause drowsiness. Benadryl often causes allergies itself and is easy to OD on.

I had such a bad post nasal drip I went to an allergy doctor and was prescribed a nasal spray called Nasonex, two sprays in each nostril two times daily. I have only used it for two weeks now and already the post nasal drip is almost gone. It doesn't seem to have any side effects either.

I have had nasal allergies for many years. I have had good results for a while with Allegra and Claritin and Flonase. Now I'm using Astelin and Claritin together.

There are a number of medications available depending on the cause(s) of your allergies. Steroids help reduce the inflammation, antihistamines and decongestants can block some of the chemical reactions your body is having to the allergen, and low-dose treatment over time with allergens can help you build a more permanent immunity. Your doctor can help you pick the right one.

There are several natural as well as over the counter remedies for this. One effective over the counter medication is clariton. There are also natural things a person can use such as a warm salt water nasal wash as well as a nasal wash called alkalol which is also over the counter. These can be found in most parmacies.
