A Global Good Trip counter actually has to do with your vehicle. It involves the emissions system; so it doesn't have to do with traveling, even though it sounds like it would!
I have not heard of this before. But what I would hazard a guess at would be a counter world wide of visitors and them having a good trip. i.E. Where the most user friendly destinaions are.
