Most concession stands already have a proprieter. You have to bid on alot of these jobs. You would have to find somewhere for a stand that isn't already owned by someone. Then you can worry about the price of start up, which in many cases is under $2000. Just remember that dont buy perishible items too far ahead.

Choose your product, consult your town's statutes, I believe you could easily start up for anywhere between 2500 a month, up.
