Usually a vet will prescribe Clavamox for cats and kittens if they have something such as a respiratory infection, among other things. Never give an animal any medication without first talking to a licensed veterinarian.

A common antibiotic for kittens is amoxicillin, usually in liquid drop form. They should finish the entire course of the antibiotic drops, so that the infection or cold does not come back.

Antibiotics such as Clindamycin and Clavamox can sometimes create diarrhea so it is usually best that the kitten's immune system tries to fight off any infections at first. Diarrhea can cause dehydration which can also lead to death.

Liquid forms of both Clavamox and Clindamycin are prescribed for kittens. However, they tend to be prescribed sparingly because most vets feel it is important to first give the kittens' own immune system the opportunity to fight off infection. Also, antibiotics can cause diarrhea which can quickly dehydrate a kitten.

Amoxicyllin is a frequent ingredient, but I question why you want to know? You can't safely dose your pet without knowing exactly their illness, their weight and a safe medicine.

Amoxicillin is an antibiodic used for both cats and dogs. You can get this drug in 100mg and 400mg tablets along with 250mg and 500mg capsules. However, for kittens I would make sure to get the liquid form as it might be easier to give.

It depends what the antibiotic is for. Different antibiotics are used depending on what the problem is. Amoxicillan and clavamox might be used to treat a URI, whereas terrymycin might be used to treat an eye infection.

Depending on the specific purpose, different antibiotics can be used for kittens. Some commonly used ones are Clavamox, amoxicilline and doxycycline. Take the kitten to a veterinarian to get the right antibiotics for her condition.

its best to consult your vet on the proper medications for your cats. if you just randomly try to give it something, it could die and youd feel horrible. a vets advice is always best.

Antibiotics vary depending on what they are being used for. An antibiotic for an upper respiratory infection will be different than one for an infected wound on a cat. Ask your vet what kind of antibiotic is needed for the specific problem.

The brand name is called Clavamox. It is a combination of the drugs Amoxicillin and clavulanate, which work together to treat bacterial infections in cats, as well as, dogs. Please see your animal's vet for more information or before administering the medication.
