Cocaine affects the central nervous system, and puts both the body and brain into overdrive. The feeling is one of great energy, well being, intellectual stimulation and drive. The effects wear off fairly quickly, which requires a steady intake of cocaine to maintain the feeling. When the effects wear off, it's abrupt and leaves the user feeling exhausted and depressed.

Maybe it is one of the best feelings in the world. For me it feels like every thing speeds up a little bit and there is excitement in your stomach. Also I have a desire to express ideas and feelings.

Cocaine is a "speed" type of high. That means it makes you feel very energetic, and possibly nervous and jittery. A cocaine high last for a short period of time, and is often followed by a "crash". The crash can cause you to crave cocaine to get rid of the bad feeling.

A cocaine high gives the user a sense of euphoria (a feeling that everything is perfect), extreme happiness, and a burst of energy. However, it only lasts for 30 minutes, and the crash leaves the user tired and angry.
