A class X felony is the most extreme level of a felony crime but may be state specific usually general examples might include such crimes as murder with a deadly weapon, a financial crime over 100,000. 00, highler level drug dealing, repeat offenders of domestic violence, burglary, rape or drunk driving.

An X felony is usually for certain crimes stated in the statue. Most x felonies are for brutal crimes or repeat offenders. Someone convicted of 3 x felonies recieves a life sentence.

This is a serious crime like first degree murder or murder with a firearm. This crime is a minimum 20 years sentence if convicted

There are 11 felonies defined in this catagory, which are considered the most serious of crimes. Some of these include: Murder, aggravated kidnapping and arson and criminal sexual conduct.

This type of felony charge usally carries a stiffer sentence than most. It usally includes a severe crime like kidnapping, rape, sexual assult, armed robbery, armed violence, treason, and manufacturing or selling of narcotics.
