A bureaucratic organization is one that has different levels of a hierarchical structure. This structure generally leads to politics having some impact on how things are done within the organization. Bureaucratic organizations typically have negative connotation - those that lead people to believe they are wrong in some way. Usually larger companies are more bureaucratic.

A bureaucratic organization's root cause is the bureaucratic form run by bureaucracy. It is so general that its harmful nature is seldom questioned. Superiors don't like "bureaucracy" any more than the rest of the employees. It clearly victimizes everyone, regardless of level or status. No one is in favor of it.
