What is a bad decision made by the dictatorship in Cuba and what is one good decision made by the Cuba Government?

Well, Cuba's government bans free speech and strikes. As for a good thing, I guess it's good for Cuba to accept aid from Russia, after all, it does help their country.

One good decision of Fidel Castro was to step down from his command post and let one of his other family member Raul Castro. even though it is still a dictatorship they have less tight rules so anybody may own a cell phone. one bad thing they did was becoming a dictatorship all together.

One bad decision was to not work with the United States to lift the embargo the US has on Cuba. One good decision made by the government is to allow Cuban medical students to travel overseas and perform medical treatments pro-bono in developing nations.
