What ingredients are in manzanilla olives?

A Manzanilla olive is simply a small to medium sized olive, grown in Spain or California. It's greenish brown in color, and is what you will almost always find jarred as green olives, often stuffed with pimentos, which are sweet peppers. They are preserved in a light oil solution or pickled in a light pickling solution.

The basic process of these olives is a vinegar brine (vinegar, water and salt); perhaps with garlic. The olives may be stuffed with pimento or garlic. The almond has a generally meaty/smoky flavor.
