Probate court is a non-criminal court, but the proceedings are conducted as they are in any other court. The case will be listed on the docket and called in order, unless your attorney requests that it be heard before or after other cases, depending on circumstances. You will appear before the judge and answer questions.

You will need to provide them with any copies of the will you have. You will also have to prove your own identity and relationship to the deceased.

If you want all inclusive information on the Indiana court I suggest you search it up on google and it will take you to the government website where all the laws are listed.

It depends on what you are going to court for. Indiana probate covers a lot of areas including, wills, estates, adoptions, guardianships, juivinalle cases, abuse, neglect, dependancy, and paternity. In general though with any court case just be honest you will be much better off.
