I have ridges in my nails.

Take zinc, iron, and B-12. Buff the ridges out, and wait for them to grow back. Use moisturizing lotions.

Nail ridges can be cured in diet. Take more of fruits and vegetables. Vegetables that contain more of water. Chinese herbs is a good treatment.
