You should avoid foods with a lot of salt in them. You should also avoid foods with high fat contents and sugar contents and stick to vegetables and fruits with a lot of fiber. You should avoid red meat, salty hams and cured meats, French fries and any deep fried foods.

Avoid fried foods that are fried in grease. It is good to avoid high amounts of caffeine and alcohol. Red meats are yet another good thing to not consume.
