What foods are high in magnesium?

My doctor says I need to get more magnesium.

Magnesium rich foods include many green vegetables such as spinach or even broccoli. Raw vegetables typically retain more magnesium. Other foods include beans, nuts, seeds, specifically pumplin seeds, and whole grain. Fish such as halibut is a great source of magnesium. Also, "hard" water typically has more magnesium than "soft" water.

Beans, Nuts, unrefined grain, breads made from whole grain and some tap water. The best source is fresh green vegetables, the center of the chlorophll molecule in the center of the green vegetables has the most magnesium.
