Testosterone is a chemical that body released and detected with in the body. It does not have smell and is not released by your body in a form that can be smelled.

Testosterone smells like a combination of urine and fish. Some men have a higher testosterone level then others. If it is really high you can smell it coming out of their sweat glands. So if you smell a fishy guy he must have a higher testosterone level then most men.
