What does "OM" mean on a pill?

Is there more than one pill with these letters?

Ultracet is a yellow orange coated pill with OM on one side. It's a pill for pain relief, with tramadol and acetaminophen. Tramadol is similarly classed in opiate type pain relievers like Vicodin. Acetaminophen is typically known as Tylenol. The only other pill with OM is likely blue or green in color, for birth control, Ortho Tri Cyclen.

What you are referring to is the alphanumeric "imprint code" that is a legal requirement for pills, capsules, etc. sold in the US. It is just an identifier. There are multiple different medications that use OM, so then you look at the accompanying numbers, color, and shape to identify.
