The easy way is to buy a rotisserie kit at your local hardware or home improvement store. Otherwise, you will need an electric motor with a reduction gearbox, a spit and accessories and mounting brackets. You will also need metal working tools.

a simple rotisserie can be built from a 3 different shaped sticks. two of these must be fork shaped, and the other relatively straight, with a kink in the end.
