What does it mean when I have pain in lower back and itching?

It sounds like you have a lower back muscle injury with accompanying faciatis. The facia is the covering of the muscle and can itch if torn.

The only way to really know the diagnoses is correct you need to make a appointment with your doctor and go in and get some testing done so they can give you a proper diagnoses. Or you can do an internet search and it will pull a bunch of different things you can check out.

You are probably bitten by an insect or have got some infection of skin. If itching is more than pain, then you have allergy to something you used recently.

If you have severe pain in your back and itching, then you might have shingles. You should go see a doctor to let them determine if it is shingles.

You could be having a allergic reaction to something. Or it may be a medical problem that needs attention form your doctor.
