To be circumsized means that the foreskin of the penis is removed in a simple surgical procedure. When a male is born, the foreskin is often long enough to extend over the whole penis and to keep clean, it is removed.
Circumsized is what some parents decide to do to their son. The penis is easier to keep clean. It's just cutting their foreskin off about a day after birth.
