Your air conditioner condenser is freezing a sign that it will need to be serviced or possibly replaced very soon. You can thaw it by scraping the coils in the meantime but this is only a temporary fix.

This could mean one of three things. One is a clogged filter. Two is a dirty acoil. Their is a low charge. They should be checked in this order.

It means that the A/C coils have gotten too cold. So much colder than there is a big different compared tot he air outside of it and it has frozen.
