This will depend on many things like the type of vehicle, amount of repairs need, cost of parts, etc... To get a quote like this you need to actually call your local shops and ask for a estimate. They should be able to give you a pretty accurate guess.

The average cost to have a transmission rebuilt, repaired is around 1800 dollars. make sure that the car really needs it and is worth it. This is a very expensive repair
