If there is blood in her stool, then there is something inside of her that is causing her to bleed. You should certainly take her to the vet as soon as possible.

Depends on the amount of blood in the stool. If you notice a little blood, it may be the cat's diet. Change to a different brand, or from "kitten" to "adult" food and watch for a couple days. If the blood continues after 3 days, bring her to the vet.

This is referred to as Hematochezia. Very common in pets, especially cats and dogs. This may indicate minor disorders in the body or serious problems like cancer or other terminal diseases. Some of the symptoms are increased bowel movements, exerting while defecating, sudden loss of appetite, and excessive intake of water. If your pet has these symptoms, consult a veterinarian immediately.

Take the cat to the vet asap. Blood in cat's stool can mean that the cat has a colon or problem with their large intestines.

If you see just small amounts of bright blood, it could be as simple as the cat having ingested a sharp piece of bone that has scraped or irritated the intestine or a case of parasites. If the cat is in discomfort, hasn't eaten for 24 hours, has dark stool or large amounts of blood in the stool, see vet.

You should take your cat to see a vet. Blood presence in stool can mean parasitical or bacterial infestation of the intestine. Cancer or food allergy can also cause this.
