What does an American need to know about seeking employment in Aruba?

I would like to transfer to Aruba within the medical field. What laws do I need to consider regarding employment and residency?

You should first check out the laws and religion there to make sure that is where you want to go work.

First off, their visa applications, and their immigration policy. Criminal background checks if needed for you, and also what education they accept in regards to your qualifications for being a medical doctor.
