Lymphocytes are your white blood cells which fight foreign bacteria that have invaded your system. A 4061 count is still with in normal range. The normal range is 1000-4800 u/L. Anything higher indicates infection anything lower indicates anemia.

The absolute lymphocytes count means the total white cell counts times the percentage of lymphocytes. High lymphocytes or lymphocytosis is when the absolute lymphocytes is greater than 4000. They are many reasons for this which include infection.
