You can feed sea monkeys specially prepared food. This food is made just for them with the proper vitamins and minerals. If you can, sea bananas are also good.

It is likely easiest to just buy another packet of the prepared food. Otherwise, algae mixed with yeast, which can both be found at health food stores.

Sea Monkeys are a type of brine shrimp that usually come with a packet of "sea bananas" when you purchase them in a kit. They don't need to be fed for the first five days, after that the sea bananas are fine (and are basically powdered algae).

Ideally feed them sea monkey food. Sea Monkeys (Hybrid brine shrimp) eat mostly algae, and those used in labs are fed yeast, wheat or soybean flour, or egg yolk.

Sea monkeys should only be fed their specially prepared food. This mixture was developed to have all the vitamins and minerals they need. The monkeys don't need fed everyday and when they are fed it's just a tiny bit. If you run out of food you may be able to buy food where you bought them.

The best food to feed a sea monkey is a sea banana. They are not sold in stores because you have to have a specific license to sell them. So the only way to get a sea banana is to grow them in your own home. Just take the seeds out of a banana and plant them in the tank.
