What do you do when you work for bosses from hell?

I have to deal with two of them. It's nightmarish.

You act in a professional manner and do your job. You do not talk about them behind their back at work. You find new things that you can do above and beyond the call of duty. And you look for a new job.

You can "grin and bear it" so to speak because that is your livelihood or you can start signing up with websites like Monster or Careerbuilder to try and find another job. It's all about what it is worth to you. Weigh your options.

Order from Amazon "Dealing with People You Can't Stand" by Rick Brinkman. Also, try to locate a copy of "Never Work For A Jerk" by Patricia King.

Working with extraordinarily difficult bosses is not something a worker should have to tolerate for any extended period of time. It is recommended that you immediately begin seeking employment elsewhere.
