Go with natural products. There are lot of home remedies to treat the chemically damaged hair. Apply natural beneficial oil like rosemary oil, olive oil , almond oil atleast once a week. And give a gentle massage. After 1 hour wash your hair with mild shampoo or preferably shikakai. You got shikakai in indian groceries.

You need to stop dying and perming your hair all together for some time for it to heal. Always keep the split ends trimmed because they will split up your hair. Try deep conditioning techniques as well. Aussie makes one "3 minute miracle" you can use.

Basically, there is not much you can do. You can't perm it or dye it, and you can't style it very easily. Your best bet is to wait for it to grow out enough and cut it. Or you could cut it all off now and buy a nice wig.

First, you back away from the heat. Don't use a blow dryer or flat/curling iron, as this will only damage your hair more. Start taking a GOOD multivitamin and trim your hair every few weeks. You can't really reverse damage, but you can protect the new hair!
