A female Punk is a Punk. The whole point of being a Punk is to reject rules and labels. Differentiating between male and female is rather self-defeatist in when concerning a basically Anarchistic movement, particularly one which spawned the third feminist movement of our age. I think most would find such a differentiation insulting.

Females in the punk scene is more likely to be associated with the fashion aspect (clothing, hairstyles, cosmetics, jewelry, and body modifications) of the punk subculture. Depending on the styles portrayed by these females, they might be classified as a glam punk, anarcho punk, etc. In my opinion, the word 'punk' is more likely a unisex term.
