It don't request particular foods but flakes food are fine. remember to feed barbs when the light is switched on, as they don't have the habit to eat in darkness

Tiger Barbs are tropical fish, and a good tropical flake food will be adequate. If you want to bring out their beautiful colors, feed them a diet rich in vegetable matter. Dry formulations are available, or you can even try a frozen food, or romaine lettuce.

Regular fish food is actually fine for you tiger barbs. You can always supplement it with things like blood worms or freeze dried shrimp. Sometimes they like to have a little treat.
