Bright indirect sunlight and a good drainage system is the key for fuschias. Water them weekly and fertilize a couple times monthly during spring and summer months. Repot fuschias approximately every two years. This is not a heat tolerant plant and does best with temperatures 70 or below. Hummingbirds and butterflies are attracted to the fuschia.

Fuschias can be hung outside from late spring to early fall. They like a little sun but not too much! Use an all purpose fertilizer every two weeks until late summer, when both watering a fertilizing should be cut back sothe plant can perpare for the winter indoors.

They prefer light shade, not full sun, and regular watering. Feed them with a liquid food about twice a month from April through September.
