You'll need a DVD-drive of course, the rest depends on the kind of DVD. If it's a regular data DVD, you can just copy and past the files on your computer. Or you can use a software like ImgBurn. If it's a video DVD, DVD Shrink is the way to go.

It depends if it is a Data DVD or a DVD-Video. If it is a Data-DVD you usually copy it's contents using windows explorer (copy-paste method) or use a burning software like Nero, if it is a DVD-Video, you need a software like DVD-Shrink, so you can copy the DVD and save it to disk or another DVD.

You will need a CD reader that can read DVDs, and you will need software to rip the DVDs onto your computer as files.

You will need the computer itself, a DVD Rom drive, some form of copyright protection decryption software such as DVD Decrypter, and a hard drive on which to store the copied info.
