Before buying a red nose pitbull or any other pitbull for that matter, you need to take in the consideration of the age of the dog as well as it's temperament and manners, if it will be around children or small animals, and how much of an area the dog will have, will it be confined in a small space.

Know who you are getting the dog from, and that it hasn't been used to fight. American Bulls are loyal, playful and loving, but VERY strong and need firm, thorough training because of their strength. The dog requires good exercise, often adores toys and loves time spent with you.

Please keep in mind that this breed has the reputation for being violent and a trained pitbull has the potential to snap at any moment.

As with any pet there is a lot to consider. Pit bulls require a lot of training and socialization. They are a very strong breed of dog. If you have children you need to make sure the dog is submissive even to them. You will need to exercise it a lot in order to keep it well tempered.

Pitbulls like all other dog breeds need to be socialized from a early age. As far as pit bulls are concerned remember they are a dog aggressive breed, especially OFRN.

The first thing you need to know is that a "red nose" is no different than any other Pit bull, it just signifies that the dog has a red nose. Pit Bulls tend to be very active, very sweet with people, have high prey drives and tend to be dog aggressive, particularly with same sex dogs.

A red nose pit-bull is a high energy dog and committed to one person or family so need to buy preferable a puppy, have a big backyard, strong legs and time for long walks. If you already have another dog or another pet, make sure they are compatible. Is a stubborn dog so you need patience or a good trainer.

It is important to consider several factors. You must consider the ongoing costs of the dog, being responsible for it, and the time you'll have to make for it.
