The first thing I would do is call a customer service representative from the phone company that provides your service. If that doesn't work I would find the phone number to LG customer service they may be able to unlock the phone. You can always go to LG's website to see if there is any information that may help immediately.

You will have to take it to your local repair shops because these kind of solutions are not given online as many people who steal phones may benefit from this.

Go to the store you bought it from and they can reset your phone and your password short of that I think you need a new phone.
