If not in the wild, they will eat pigeon feed at three weeks of age. Plenty of water is essential. Baby parrot handfeeding formula is recommended also. Pigeons in the wild eat most anything. They are not particular concerning this subject. Babies still in the nest eat regurgitated food from the parent.

If this is an abandoned baby Kaytee Exact is a formula you should be able to find or order. It should have indirect warmth, a heating pad covered with a towel. There are pigeon fanciers online that can give further advice, and raising pigeons can be a very rewarding hobby.
