No specific diagnosis = less homework. The IEP considers the child's needs and the resources available, including parental support. Questions about an IEP should be taken up with the team.

There is no specific diagnosis that would lead to this modification being recommended on an IEP. This would be up to the teachers and parents to discuss at the ARD.

In order to get a homework reduction on an IEP you must be diagnosed with a known learning disability. This would also result in Special Education.
