There is very high probability that you sat for a very long time, stood for a very long time, or even walked a very long distance.

This is most likely caused by decreased blood flow to your legs, similar to when your legs falls asleeep when you sit in a weird position for a long period of time. This is not concerning unless it continues to happen on a regular basis.

Poor circulation. Lay in the bed and move your legs up and down and get the circulation going. If this doesn't help call your doctor. It could be just the way you were sleeping in the bed.

Tingling legs are usually a sign of poor circulation. Compression stockings or just simple excercises can relieve and pain or tingling.

A tingling sensation in the legs can be caused by a strained nerve (possibly by sleeping on it in an uncomfortable position). It could also be due to poor circulation that can in turn be caused by a poor diet or lack of exercise. If worried or if this persists, see your doctor for a diagnosis.

Tinglling in legs can be caused by poor circulation. The proper amount of blood is not getting to the heart and brain.
