What could cause semen in a woman's urine test (with UTI and severe kidney infection) without sexual activity?

Semen is not present in female urine except when the woman has been recently sexually active and did not do a "clean catch" specimen. UTI and kidney issues have nothing to do with semen in the urine. Semen does not occur spontaneously occur in women. Sexual activity is a pre-requisite.

It's easy to see how this can be a major concern for an already uncomfortable situation. Semen is cabable for living hours outside the human body. The most like candidate for transmission is the toilet seat. To prevent transmisson be sure to to keep the seat clean and always wipe front to back.
