This could be one of three things. More than likely it is cause by something in the valve train losses and making noise or possible the injectors ticking. Both of which could occur if you car has alot of miles. The other less likely situation is a leak in the exhaust system. Have your dealer check it out.

There are multiple things that could be causing a ticking noise. It may be as simple as you have a rock caught in your rim. On the other hand it could be more serious. Have a dealership take a look at it and give an estimate to fix the problem.

The ticking could be caused by a split CV axle boot. If it splits, it loses the grease and could be the cause of the problem. If so, it will need to be replaced. If it is more evident during turns, then this is probably what needs to be fixed.

Constant squeaking from the front end is usually an indicator that your CV joint on that side is worn. You can better diagnose this by driving the car and listening for the noise to get worse if you make a turn, also note if there is any vibration at all while your driving.
