A rash that looks like a bulls eye is a by the book ring worm. Ring worm will usually have a red center surrounded by a red ring with almost healthy skin in between. This is treated with topical fungal ointments. Care should be taken as this is a contagious fungal infection.

Ringworm! Go to your doctor and get medication right away. Don't touch anyone with your rash. It's a contagious fungus. You can get it from animals.

A bulls eye rash is one of, if not the most common sign of Lyme Disease. I am not attempting to cause undue panic, but do suggest phoning your doctor and making an appointment. Him or her can perform the necessary tests to see what's going on with you.

These are most commonly caused by ringworm, which is a fungal infection. You need to see a doctor to know for sure, and ringworm will require a prescription, anyway.
