Cellphone batteries have a limited life expectancy. When one fails to charge, or won't hold a charge, the first thing to do would be to try a new battery. If it still won't charge, then it's probably something wrong with the phone. Get a new one.
the thing that is wrong could be your phone charger because the wires might be broken or something. it must be some wiring problems that causes your razor phone not to work. then you must purchase a new phone. if you do not want to buy new charger then try to fix it. or you should go to replace it.
This could be caused by a faulty cable, battery, or port in the phone. Try replacing the cable/charger and the battery. A faulty port can't be easily fixed.
You could have a dead battery. Also check to see if your charger is the issue. You should take the phone and charger to the store you purchased to see which item could be the issue. Tell them how old the phone and charger are since if they are over 2 years old you could need new ones.
