As with humans, lab work can be defective. Make an appointment with another veterinarian to repeat the lab work and go from there.

I would change his diet and see if there is a change in the dog, or you could request a full body scan from your vet.

There are certain things that can be wrong with your dog even if the lab work shows everything is fine. He could have eaten something bad. Could have blocked urethra.
