There are several possible causes, a dirty or missing air filter, or a malfunctioning co2 sensor, or a dirty fuel filter.

I believe that it stalls at a red light because you have a vacuum leak or your fuel regulator is faulty

Fuel injectors could be dirty. TPS sensor or PCV valve may be defective. Also, check/replace the fuel filter and air filter.

This could be cause your fuel pump is bad, or your catalytic converter may not be working. Get the vehicle towed to a garage, and change the fuel pump. Do not use a fuel pump cleaner.
