The white fuzz seems to sound like a fungus growing on your turtle which can either cause death or serious illness to the turtle. Best bet is to buy some sulfa dip from the pet store to help the treatment.

It is most likely a type of fungus. It could be shell rot. You may want to get a treatment for the tank's water from your local pet store. The fuzz could be deadly to the turtle if not treated soon. Make sure you change the water regularly and give the turtle a space to climb out of the water.

I have never heard of white fuzz on a turtle. Did you check to see if it will come off. If it doesn't come off I would suggest taking him to the vet because there could be something seriously wrong the turtle. I wonder also if it could be an allergic reaction.

It is probably just a minor fungus. Get some turtle sulfa dip from the pet store, and follow the directions.

If you can drink it,they can handle it On the other hand, a swimming pool is pushing it. The other factor is stress-it is stressful for a turtle to be taken in and out of its habitat. It is far better to try to design a good '24/7/365' habitat than it is to try to shuttle them between other locations.

It could be some kind of fungus. Is he in a watery environment? I would clean him off and give him a fresh water environment. Go to the vet if it doesn't go away soon.

It could be a mold or fungus. Check to make sure you are providing a dry platform for the turtle and sufficient lighting for him to dry off and soak up much needed vitamins from the light. Seek a veterinarian that specializes in exotic pets.

That would be an unkown fungus caused by an STD transfered from pigs. i highly recommend that you get this white fuzz checked out as soon as possible. It may be contagious to humans and animals.
